After researching a few illustrators work, i found that laura carlin was the persons work that i found the most exciting and interesting. The reason that her work appealed to me was because all the work of hers that i found included her illustrations on cermaics, which makes it different to just using paper. The photo above was my favourite because i like the way the buildings and vehicles are not perfect and straight, i think this is what makes the work look more like an illustration than a piece of ceramic work.
